Heroes don’t panic in a crisis. Stormer is the Alpha 1 Team leader, a seasoned veteran Hero. He takes no nonsense from villains or rookies. He just gets up, takes charge, and goes to work. End of story. Well, not entirely, of course. He IS pretty tough on his rookies, but it’s for their own good, and they know they can trust him to make the right decisions. He keeps his words few and to the point. No need for a sense of humor or anything. Upgraded with his Ultra Mach Speed Cycle, there's no stopping Stormer.
